Troubleshooting
When your mouse can't work well, please try to act as following Stop using it if failure still and conatc dealer where you bought the product or Customer Service Centre of PISEN.
- Check if turn on the power supply or the power of battery has been run out.
- Check if NANO receiver is securely plugged into the computer's USB port or replace the USB port
- Check the battery positive and negative or re-take the batteries.
- Try to put the mouse on different surface , or remove the metal object between the mouse and NANO receiver
- If NANO receiver inserts to USB hub by mistaken, try to insert it to USB port directly.
- Reconnect the mouse and USB receiver
- Move the NANO receiver to the USB port which closer to mouse.
